Sara Holder is co-head of Rouse's Global Patent/Technology Practice.

She advises on intellectual asset management with a focus on innovation management and technology strategy and monetisation.  Sara advises a full spectrum of businesses; from entrepreneurs and startups through to large multinationals.  She is regularly commended for her practical and commercial approach.

Sara holds degrees in Law and Biochemistry and qualified and practiced in New Zealand as a lawyer before joining Rouse in 1998. Since then, she has worked in China, Indonesia and the Middle East, becoming a specialist in the issues and challenges faced by, and encountered in, developing intellectual asset jurisdictions

In addition to her academic qualifications and experience, Sara is a member of various industry organisations, has published numerous articles in industry journals, contributed to texts on Intellectual Property and speaks regularly at seminars and conferences on technology and commercialisation of IP.
